Testimonials

I can’t recommend Jackie “pretty on the inside” enough. She brought excitement back to what a new build should be and the confidence that the choices of colours/ finishes would work. Her enthusiasm for design is clear from the first meeting, I look forward to work with Jackie should another project come up in the future.

We’ve really enjoyed working with Jackie. She’s so easy to deal with and has a great way of taking your own ideas and helping bring them to life. She’s always happy to answer questions, offer advice and work through different options with you. The whole process has been easy and enjoyable, and we’ve been really happy with the end result. I’d definitely recommend Jackie to anyone looking for help with their design project.

Working with Jackie from Pretty On The Inside was such a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, Jackie took the time to understand what I wanted from my renovation and brought a level of creativity, care and attention to detail that made the whole process feel so much easier.

She has an incredible eye for design and a real talent for bringing all the little details together to create a space that feels beautiful, practical and completely “me”. I also really appreciated how approachable and easy Jackie was to work with throughout the renovation.

The end result is a home that I absolutely love, and I’m so grateful to Jackie for helping bring my vision to life. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pretty On The Inside to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalised design and a genuinely enjoyable renovation experience.

We honestly can’t believe the transformation Jackie from Pretty of the Inside has made to our home. Our master bedroom, ensuite, laundry and walk-in robe have all come together so beautifully, and we absolutely love them.

Jackie was so easy to work with and really understood what we were after. She worked within our budget and always gave us a few options to choose from, which made making decisions so much easier. She also picked up on so many little details that we would never have thought of.

We’re so happy with the end result and so glad we had Jackie to help bring it all together. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough

Jackie from Pretty On The Inside made our bathroom reno such an easy experience. Everything was so well organised: tradies showed up when they should, and we always knew what was going on. She also found ways to keep costs down without cutting corners, which was the most important factor for us. We loved the end result, and would hire her again for any future projects!

Our house in North Melbourne was stylised prior to auction by Jackie and her team. They were basically given 10 days to paint and style the house in an attractive manner to ensure maximum return. They worked night and day to finish their project on time and presented the house in magnificent fashion for the auction so the house was sold for more than $200,000 above its reserve!!! Thank you Jackie and the team for your work and the conscientious, diligent and sensitive manner in which you dealt with all aspects of this project. Well done team!

It has been an absolute pleasure having Jackie working on our house. She really has taken our home which looked so worn down to a level of class and is turning it into our dream home before our very eyes! She understands our style and turns it into something even better! We couldn't be happier!

When I bought my first home it was almost everything I wanted. Spacious bedrooms, open living, large balconies. I just didn’t love the kitchen. Jackie understood my vision, my style, and came back with a design that was giving! My new kitchen, with large island bench has made my house the home I always wanted. It's perfect for hosting guests, dinner parties, cocktail nights. Jackie truly understood the assignment.

Jackie has done an excellent job in renovating my unit, from project managing the work (thus saving me a lot of stress), to offering me various design options to choose from, all the while keeping within my budget. Jackie kept me informed of the work in progress, keeping me pleasantly involved. I highly recommend her for her professionalism and design ideas

When preparing to open my first restaurant Jackie was invaluable in making my vision come to life. I explained to her the feeling and atmosphere I wanted to create and she made it happen. From colour selections and wood stains to picking out artwork, she completely understood my needs and came up with exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier!

Jackie and the team worked on my property, preparing it for auction. They worked quickly and effectively to complete the works within the 3 week timeframe and were fantastic and accommodating especially considering we were still living in the house at the time. With their amazing work we achieved an excellent result at auction,48K above our reserve, far beyond what we had expected.

I had Jackie from Pretty on the Inside Interiors along side me from colour selection to finishing touches and interior decoration of our new home. Jackie was able to see my vision (even when I couldn't) and make it a reality. I knew what I liked but she found what I wanted! She has a confidence and foresight to make your dreams into a reality - even on a budget! We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend her services for any job!

I had an initial meeting with Jackie where we discussed details and expectations. Following that, Jackie took charge! Her and Adam worked diligently to transform my property within the agreed budget. Their attention to detail was extraordinary and it felt like they were emotionally invested in the outcome. My property sold prior to auction, for a price significantly higher than I'd expected to achieve, to a person from the demographic that Jackie had identified and marketed to. I highly recommend Pretty On The Inside to anyone wanting to maximise their return on any residential property sale.

Jackie and Adam are amazing to work with. When we approached them initially, our ideas for our bathroom were not very clear. Jackie, very patiently listened to our ideas, gave us tips and guided us expertly through the entire process, and brought our dream to life!
She always prioritised our ideas and gave us very honest feedback on the pros and cons of certain styles. Was proactive in her responses and all the tradespeople she recommended went above and beyond their required duties . We also made back whatever we invested in her and her advice , in the trade discounts she offered with the vendors as well. I would definitely go back to her for advice again in future.

Jackie presented me with a vision that I could never have imagined, and which has exceeded my expectations! After I stumbled around as a renovation novice trying to manage things myself in my outdated apartment, I breathed an enormous sign of relief when she and her team came along. I knew from our first meeting that Jackie was someone I could trust. She patiently listened to my needs, and as I grew into her vision, Jackie individualised the plan to include some of the features I initially had in mind! Her experienced team managed the whole process. I was kept well informed with regular updates as progress was made and when the unexpected occurred, the issue was managed efficiently and promptly, especially overcoming some of the inevitable delays as the COVID-19 lockdown emerged half way through. I've just moved back into my apartment and it feels like a brand-new revitalised space with a lovely new energy. I am so grateful to have been referred to Pretty On The Inside, and I highly recommend Jackie and her team.

We had Pretty On The Inside complete our laundry renovation. Although our laundry was only 5 years old, it was very poorly designed. It already looked outdated and wasn’t functional at all! Jackie completed a design that updated our laundry to a beautiful and functional space. She even worked with the existing tiles that we were really hoping to be able to keep. Adam and the team installed our new laundry in record time, which meant we didn’t have to be without our washing machine for long. Needless, to say we are over the moon with our new laundry. I’d definitely recommend Pretty On The Inside for any renovations, big or small!

We did our kitchen renovation with Jackie and the end result was fantastic. She took our kitchen from an old dated style to a very modern one. She was really good at gauging what style would suit us best and was very flexible with me doing some DIY as well. Very Happy with the final product and would highly recommend her services.
