Pretty On The Inside is a boutique interior design studio specialising in residential renovations, new builds, Airbnb design and styling, and commercial interiors throughout Central Queensland.
We believe a well-designed space should feel personal. It should reflect the people who use it, support the way they live or work and feel just as good as it looks. Rather than designing to a formula, we take the time to understand each client, their vision, lifestyle and aspirations before developing a considered design that feels uniquely theirs.
From family homes to holiday accommodation and commercial spaces, our aim is to create interiors that are beautiful, functional and thoughtfully resolved, with every element working together to create a space that feels right.
We offer a range of interior design services across Rockhampton, Yeppoon, the Capricorn Coast and throughout Central Queensland, from individual spaces and design guidance through to complete renovations, new builds and styling.
For clients outside the region, our eDesign services provide access to our design expertise Australia-wide, giving you the guidance, plans and selections you need to bring your project together with confidence.

Good design starts with understanding. Before making decisions, we take the time to understand how you live, what you love, what isn't working and what you want your space to achieve.
From there, we develop a clear design direction and bring together the layouts, materials, colours, finishes, furniture and finer details that make the space work as a whole.
The result is a space that feels cohesive and intentional, while still feeling personal to you.
Meet The Designer
Originally from Melbourne, Jackie relocated to the region after being separated from her family during the COVID-19 pandemic. Undeterred by the prospect of starting her business over, she meticulously researched the local "design" market and uncovered a promising opportunity. Recognizing the need to showcase her talents, Jackie, alongside her husband, embarked on an exciting new journey by purchasing their first property in The Range, Rockhampton. They dedicated themselves to transforming this property, now known as View On Wiseman, through their own hands, from top to bottom. Word got around quickly after that, and Jackie has been transforming Central Queensland homes ever since.
In her spare time, Jackie finds joy in swimming at the Yeppoon Lagoon, often accompanied by her nine (yes nine!) lively nieces and nephews. She loves grabbing a Gus’ coffee and taking a stroll through The Botanical Gardens and discovering the architecture nestled within Rockhampton's Southside suburbs. Her enthusiasm never wanes when she chances upon a new, old Queenslander or the occasional gem of an art deco or mid-century modern house in The Range.
A self-professed “design nerd”, Jackie is always excitingly looking forward to her next creative endeavour and the prospect of forging connections with new clients. She eagerly looks forward to the possibility of collaborating with you in the future.
